What Could Be The Reason For My Frequent Urination ?

i have a problem of urinating frequently.i had my urine report which states albomin: trace(present), pus cell:3-5.I have shown that report to Dr and he said i dont have any problem not even UTI but he could not answer the reason of frequent urination .I want to know what might be the reasons? thanks
