I m 34 weeks pregnant been feeling nausea all day and bad headache. Then had lunch as normal. Now I ve been experiencing horrible gasy pains in stomache and back. Went to toilet it was normal 5 mins again went again and it was so watery. And a lot if it. Now feeling light headed and no pain but I m worried why that happened?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Usually nausea will decrease with progression of pregnancy.
According to your description, there is possibility of gastroenteritis.
Possibly that may be leading the nausea, diarrhea etc.
Sometimes this will subside with single episode of diarrhea.
So, take plenty of oral fluids, rest and observe.
If the symptoms subside it is good.
If not consult gynecologist once, get examined and take treatment for GE and headache.
Along with that once go for ultrasound to check the wellbeing of the baby.
Take care.
