What Could Be The Reason For Nose Bleeding While In Anger And Is It Normal?

I am a 25 year old male, good health, regular blood pressure checks, with good stats. Tonight i got a nosebleed, while very angry, this had never happened before and it worried me. I normally do not exp. anger in this way, is a nosebleed normal in extreme emotion?

hello. it is likely that the bleeding may be due to the rise in your blood pressure, because of the anger. please get your blood pressure checked and please dont get angry!!
