What Could Be The Reason For Red Spot On Penis Glands To Be More Red After Masturbation?
I have a red spot on my glans penis that gets redder when I masturbate. It will skin over with a gray layer that ends up coming off again. This repeats. I have not had unprotected sex, this just seems to have occurred spontaneously. I m 60 years old and have never had anything like this. I have a photo of it.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are getting red spots on glans penis while masturbating.
During sexual arousal either while masturbating or fore play there is incresed bllod flow to entire penis to the extent of 20 times more than normal resulting into congestion of penis and glans .
This is the reason for your existing red spots to become more prominent during masturbation.
