Hi Doctor, My name is Sajith. Last one one week i have noticed after i have passed urine ants are coming. Is this showing i have Sugar. Now i am 33 year old. My mother is a sugar patient. Also 2 weeks back i had a muscle cramb on my both legs. When i have checked my blood, Sodium was little less and my BP was 110/70. Can you give any suggestions?
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Sir, The most common reason for the ants coming to urine is having sugar in urine. This is the most common in an diabetic patient. As you have family history of diabetes, Please have a blood sugar level check up. If they are higher and if i were your treating doctor, i would first try diet and exercise for 2-3 months with blood sugar monitoring. If they are still high then go with anti diabetic medication. Once visit local diabetologist with blood sugar levels for his guidance.
Hope this guides you. For any other query you can write to us. We will be happy to answer you. Wish you good health. Thank you. Dr Phanindra Dulipala. Diabetologist.
