Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Symptoms of trichinosis will reduce if mild within 1 month. Body odour also called bromhidrosis is due the bacteria present on the body reacting with sweat and formation of acids which has an unpleasant smell. This can be reduced by keeping those areas where you sweat a lot, clean and dry. Use antibacterial soap on those areas and avoid tight clothes. Using an antiperspirant will be helpful to some extent.
Thanks.
