What Could Be The Reason For Spot On Glans For The Past 3 Years ?
sir,i have some problem with my penis.i am a uncircumsised guy.height 6 & weight 76kg.at the neck of my glans some white white dotted structure are present for last 3 years.they are like small fine sand grains.it never pain or irritate me.i am 20 now.i have not sex with any one.so i think it is not a infection.i masturbate twice a week.is this causing the above problem.also during erection my foreskin automatically slides back,and in flacid state foreskin never covers the glans completely.it just covers about 60-65% of total glans.my glans is littile much thicker than my shaft.is it normal or i have some problem.what about the small white grains like stucture.there is accumulation of smegma ,as wash my organ every day.plz suggest..me

no chances of STD at all
no problem with your glans or shaft or penis at all
about the skin infection if it is since last three years and increasing in size then one examination of those patches is must, go for any of skin specialist to rule out this condition and if it is not increasing at all and remains as it was before 3 years then need not to worry,
just neglect it

It seems from your description that what you have is PEARLY PENILE PAPULES(PPP) ,which is very benign condition and absolutely normal to have.
It is nothing but very tiny sebaceous glands (oil glands) over the sulcus.You should just try to keep the area clean with soap and water.
It has nothing to do with masturbation .
As far as skin retraction is concerned ,again I would say that it is normal what you have.
