What Could Be The Reason For The Distorting Vision ?

I saw a brilliant circle in my field of view. It moved from left to right distorting my vision as it moved through my field of view getting bigger until it encircled my field of view. After that it left me with tunnel vision for about 10 minutes. Then it seemed to clear up. Any ideas what could that be?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having distorting vision and blurring of vision in few parts of the visual field.
The causes for these symptoms are transient ischemic attacks or as a prodromal symptom of migraine.
If the above symptom is affected with headache then the symptoms are most probably because of migraine, in absence of headache transient ischemic attack needs to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
