What Could Be The Reason For Thick, White Discharge From Vagina While Having The Mirena IUD On?

Hi. I currently have the mirena iud inserted. I have been having a thin milky discharge for months. It was to the point that my undies would be nearly soaked. So now, I have to wear a panty liner everyday. Every time I went to the doctor I was told that I have no std's and that this was normal. Well, lately, ive still been having the discharge but now its gotten thicker and white, sometimes yellowish. I have no odor and no itching and no burning. Sometimes, after I use the bathroom, there would be a huge piece of body tissue in the toilet that clearly came from the inside of my vagina. Its actually to the point that it scared me and im nervous to have sex. Please help.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection in your genital tract, might be due to IUD.
Go for vaginal swab testing to find out the causative organism.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Keep local hygiene proper.
