What Could Be The Reason For White Bubbles And Black Lines On Throat And Having Sore Throat And Stiff Neck?

Hi I have a sore throat and my neck feels all stiff and whenever I swallow i have to cringe because it hurts so badly. I looked at the back of my throat and there is like white bubbles and some black lines on the left side but none of the right (next to my throat) what is this?

hello. it is likely that the lymph nodes at the back of your throat are enlarged and may have got infected.you don't have to worry, please consult your ENT doctor for further advice. thanks
