What Could Be The Reasons For Dizziness, Nausea And Headache?

Ive been very dizzy all day to the point of almost fainting. Everything is spinning and if i close my eyes i feel like im falling. It makes me nauseated. I had a really bad head ache yesterday and have been very pale the past 3 days. Also i am very tired.
