What Could Be The Reasons For Having Headache, Urge To Vomit And Weakness?
What's wrong with me? I feel very weak, I have a pounding head ache, I feel too hot, and when I put a fan on, I feel to cold. I don't think I have a fever, but I just feel very sick, and there's a feel in me that I have to vomit, but I can't. Just please help me

As per complaints there might be several reasons for vomitting sensation with weakness
1. Refractory errors
2. Migraine headache
3. Intracranial abnormalities
Some times acute severe gastritis might cause severe nausea and headache
If you are hypertensive and taking medicines for the same, some of the drugs might cause it
Review in all angles and investigate
