What Could Be The Reasons For Having Intermittent Sharp Pain On The Right Side Of Body?

I have an intermittent sharp pain on the right side of my body, located under my ribs, possibly the liver or gall bladder area. These sharp pain usually last about 3 - 10 seconds. I have had an ultra sound done on my gall bladder and nothing was wrong. What could be causing these pains?
