What Could Be The Reasons For Having Pin Pricks On Face, Eyelids, Neck, Thigh And Arms?

I'm having scatered pin pricks on my face, and eye lids. It just started a week ago. It's annoying and hurts. what could this be from. I have a healthy balanced diet. I have no other health problems. I 've felt it on the side of my neck, thighs arms and armpits. What gives?

Pinprick feelining in one side of face including eye lid appeares to be neurogenic. Pressure on facial nerve resulting in pinprick sensation. You can take injection neurobion and have neurologist consultation.
