What Could Be The Reasons For Having Pregnancy Symptoms, Spotting And Faint Positive Line In Pregnancy Test?

I have been having lots of pregnancy symptoms the past 2.5weeks, sore breasts, dizzy, sickness, cramping after sex, creamy cervical mucus and high cervix, took an early preg test last night which had very faint positive line then when in toilet this morning had a little bright red blood when I wiped, was really upset put on a pad and went to work, pad only has touch marks on it and only seems to be red blood when I wipe its not flowing so not sure what this means.

Actually, these are early signs and symptoms of pregnancy. I would suggest you carry out a more sensitive test which is blood pregnancy test.
Also, spotting could be a sign of a threatened abortion or an ectopic pregnancy. You need a pelvic ultrasound or Ct scan to be sure of what is happening to you.
I think you need to see a doctor for further evaluation.
