What Could Be The Reasons For Having Splits On Penis Head On Circumcised Line And Red Dots On Penis Head?

Hi Ihave splits on my penis on the circumsised line and inside the splits are very small red dots they are also on the head.of my penis and they seem to be spreading Ihave began to worry for the las couple of days now .can someone please identify my problem?
