What Could Be The Recurring Bump On Leg Filled With Pus?

i have a bump on my leg. Like upper thigh and it looks like a big pimple but all around it, it's hard and it hurts really bad and it's purple. and it keeps reoccurring. And today it popped and a lot of puss came out and so did blood, but the blood was really thick and dark. any idea as to what it could be?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection producing swelling, induration.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Clean the part and apply antibiotic cream.
Rule out diabetes.
Ok and take care.
