What Could Be The Recurring Bumps On Skin?

Ive had these bumps that are the size of warts small and some bigger, but they look nothing like warts, they are smooth like my skin, they're not callous either or red. They come and go, and they go away when I rub pau de arco lotion, they come back later again

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from a benign tumor of skin like syringoma or a viral infection, molluscum contagiosum.
It can be removed with radiofrequency ablator.
Its a minor surgical procedure and can be done on opd basis.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
