What Could Be The Red Lump On The Base Of Penis?

Hi, i have a hard red lump on the base of my penis about the size of a pea. I have tried to squeeze it but nothing comes out but it looks like there are white contents inside. It is painless. Do you have any idea what it could be, i am not sexually active.

Likely an infected skin gland.
Soak it in warm water and take an antibiotic if bothersome
