What Could Be The Red Marks Present On Shoulders?
My 18 year old son just showed me red marks on his shoulders. They look like scratches, but they are perfectly smooth. He said they don't hurt or itch. He works out regularly with weights, but today he did legs, however, noticed the strange marks after his workout. He says he's had this for a couple of months. They only last a few hours. He said he's had it maybe ten times in the last few months.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be Haves of Idiopathic origin this will go away but for the symptomatic relief you can start the following treatment,
1) Diphenhydramine lotion for local application
2) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg twice day
