What Could Be The Red Patch Above The Breast And Behind The Ears On Neck?

I have red patches above each breast (what looks like hives) and behind my ears on my neck. they don t itch. I m wondering what it could be? I was at the hospital visiting my mom and got sick to my stomach last night. I threw-up and had a low grade fever. I am better but still feel a little dizzy.

This can be due to local fungal infection so a course of antifungal drugs will be required for this condition along with ointment.
