What Could Be The Significance Of Swollen Gland In Throat, Excessive Dryness And Blood From Mucus?

hi i feel like my gland in my throat is becoming more and more swollen each day. first i have nose congestions where it caused my nose to get extremely dry. Then, had a nose bleed for blowing out the excess dry mucus and it resulted in a nose bleed in which i thought it was okay to toss my head back. Afterwards, for about a week now i've been spitting out blood from my mucus. Now its getting to the point that my gland is feeling swollen.
