hi dear, when we are hungry then our stomach secretes hydrochloric acid and it starts doing peristaltic muscular movements which can be felt and heared.and sometimes the acid reaches to the esophagus and to the pharynx (back of throat) due to retrograde flow, and it causes itchy ,burning or might be sizzling.there is nothing to worry about it but you should not keep yourself starving for more than 3 hours, keep on eating small portions ,it helps in better digestion and keeps you fit.
