What Could Be The Skin Hanging From Vagina?

I have looked in my vagina and noticed that the skin that kind of hangs down inside is kind of white, but when I feel it it's not a lump or any bumps, te skins looks like it has white discharge on it, but it doesn't come off. I also feel burning and itching . I don't know what it is.
