What Could Be The Small Bump Under The Skin On Back With A Bad Odor?

I have a small bump under my skin on my back it gives a bad scent when ever I touch it or when it s really hot or even when I am sweating ! I don t know what it is I tried to squeeze it as if it were a pimple but nothing happen it just smells horribly

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.
