The weird thing about it is the spots arent in one place they are all around the bottom of my thight and all of calf i probably get 5 of these every 11 days. Could you please tell me what it is also i am 14 years old and i am a girl.
Seems like you are developing recurrent lesions of folliculitis over your legs. These are basically infective lesions due to a bacteria infection. Do not apply any oils or creams over them. Keep the affected area clean and dry. Apply a topical antibiotic cream over the lesions. Sometimes short term courses of oral antibiotics are also required. Wear cotton clothes to prevent any further friction and increase in the lesions.
