What Could Be The Spot On Top Of Head?

I have spot in the top of my head. It started out maybe the size of a pencil eraser, and has grown to the size of a quarter. I have other spots that are appearing as well. It doesn t itch, but I have complete lost all the hair in those spots, and it is a bright pink color. What could this be?

there could be so many differential diagnosis for it. but most important is to rule out leprosy..coz loss of hair in these patches / plaques favours that..other thing is to rule out morphoe and less likely lichen scleroses atrophicans
