I HAVE A TINY WHITE BUMP THAT SORT OF LOOKS LIKE A PIMPLE INSIDE THE OPENING OF MY PENIS. IT PAINLESS BUT SORT OF FREAKIN ME OUT. WHEN I URINATE AT FIRST IT KIND OF KNOCKS THE COURSE OF MY PEE OFF BUT NO PAIN URANATING THANK GOD. WHAT COULD IT BE? I HAD ORAL SEX WITH A GIRL ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND THIS POPPED UP ABOUT 4 DAYS AGO. Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
small white bump inside your external urinary meatus which occurred after having a oral sex.

As the oral cavity contains many bacteria you have acquired infection of the mucoasal gland in terminal part of urethra.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to clean your genital with warm water twice daily.
