What Could Be The White Patch Near To My Vagina?

Hi, was showering and noticed a white piece of skin attached to the skin surrounding the vaginal opening..thinking it was some sort of pimple I pinched it off and immediately began to bleed... the white skin was squishy and a tad fluid filled but not like a pimple... what could this be?
