What Could Be The White Skin Type Discharge During First Day Of Periods?

i wanted to that after i had heavy bleeding and dr prescribed oral contraceptive, one the first day of period i had a white fat/skin type of dischare which i never experienced before. i asked my dr but she didnot answer, or probably thought not important to answer. need an answer please.
