What Could Be The White Spots I'm Getting On My Contacts?

Hi, I am having a problem with one of my contacts. Yesterday when I put it in, about 30 minutes later I noticed that my vision seemed foggy in that eye. I took my contact out and it had a group of white spots on it and I couldn't wash it off so I tried a fresh new contact. This morning when I put my contacts in, the same thing happened in the same eye. What could this be and what do I need to do?
