What Could Be The White Stuff On Earlobe?

I have this white stuff that is on my left earlobe. (My ears are streched by the way) The white stuff feels rough, at first I thought it was puss but nothing came out. How do I get rid of it ? I m taking my ear jewelry off so it can heal and I ve put some alcohol on it. Please help me.

Hello
Sounds like contact dermatitis from jewellary or eczema. Try applying steroid antibiotic cream for 5 days. Dont put back the jewellary. If persists see a dermatologist.
