What Could Be The Yellow Substance That Leaked Out Of Penis?
Well a yellow substance leaked out of my penis yesterday. i got worried so i went online and looked it up and saw gonorrhea but my penis has not been hurting when i pee and no swollen testicles. i have had no sexual intercourse. i don't know if this matters but i held my pee in for a long time and the yellow stuff didn't come until after i peed ... any answers?

once leakage of a coloured subdtsnce in urine is not alarming .However you should go for urine culture smear and routine examination to rule out any type of infection
