What Could Be The Yellowish Discharge From Tip Of Penis Which Is Not A STD?

Hi I got diagnosed with chlamydia and got treated for it with 4 pills and a month later I still seen small yellowish discharge still from tip of penis . I went to a planned parenthood clinic to get re tested and to my when I called the test came back negative for all. What could this discharge mean if its not a STD?
