What Could Be Unilateral Spontaneous Clear Breast Discharge Related Surgery?

I was diagnosed with spinal ependymoma 18 years ago, cancer, then uterine sarcoma in 2011 and severe dermatomyositis , auto immune disease, last march. Now I have unilateral spontaneous clear breast discharge and am scheduled for surgery. Are you familiar with this

Hi,

The clear breast discharge that you notice spontaneously could be related to breast problems including infection or even a mass.

Other causes could be related to hormonal changes due to brain problems associated with increased prolactin secretion.

I'd suggest to consult an oncologist and endocrinologist to make the right diagnosis and get proper treatment.

Mammography together with breast ultrasound and measuring the hormonal levels are needed for further evaluation.
