What Could Be Wrong If There Is Always An Urge To Urinate Along With Pain In Lover Abdomen And Vagina?

I have a pressing need to urinate the whole time but whenever I go to the bathroom , little comes out . And it hurts at the end of urination . Then for a while there s this throbbing pain between my lower belly and vagina - I guess it s my bladder . Can I know if it s something wrong ? * I had this symptom before and it took a long time to get over ( around 2 weeks ? ) I didn t see a doctor though .

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Based on the presentation it sounds like a urinary tract infection. For this you would have to visit a doctor and request for a urine analysis and culture and specificity examination.

These investigations will help to confirm the infection and also provide information on the most suitable antibiotic to treat your infection.

In the meantime, please abstain from all forms of sexual contact, drink plenty of water and cranberry juice (if available).

Urinary tract is the cause.Microscopic examination of urine culture and sensitivity test is must for dignosis and treatment.In female the infection is common & it becomes resistant to treatment.Hygine to be maintained.If the infection is ascending,it will affect bladder and further go up to kidney.Water in take to be increased for more urination and flushing.
