What Could Be Wrong When There Is Unquenchable Thirst Along With Stomach Ache And Feeling Of Vomiting?

I'm 13 years old. I woke up at 1:00 p.m. as usual, feeling thirsty. I drink water then orange juice but none of them seemed to stop my thirst. I at only one time. When I was watching TV my stomach hurt then started to feel like throwing up. I don't know what's wrong with me
