What Could Black Crust In Nipples Of Pregnant Woman Suggest?

I am 35 weeks pregnant with my first child. I noticed a bit of crust in my nipples. My nipples are not leaking but from time to time, a few months now, I ve notice this crust. This crust is black as my nipples, so I don t assume it s milk. I pick it out my nipples; there is no pain, and it reminds me of cleaning out my belly button. Could you tell me what this is? I m a 34 year old, black American if that helps. Thank you.

Dont worry,this issue that you are facing is not problem while you are 35 pregnant.
Make only lukewarm water baths both breasts.
