Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
?Varicocele ? Microliths with Chronic Orchitis ? Epididymitis with Microliths.
Ans-
Would suggest to you to check with your Gp doctor.
In your case -if you are vasectomised, possibility of Calcified F.B.Granulomas, which could be checked out by accompanied physical check up from Your GP doctor.
As the pain was accompanied complaint, old STD/ or a hidden malignancy , needs to be ruled out and kept in mind, while discussing with your doctor.
In the abscence of your history and physical findings a physical check and opinion from your doctor would resolve the issues you had. This is just a opinion to educate you on the possibilities ONLY and not an exact impression about your case.
Hope this would help you to resolve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
