What Could Bleeding A Week After Periods With Severe Backpain Mean?

So I just had my period a week ago and today I started having really bad back pains so I had decided to go to the bathroom and had noticed I was bleeding very bad. This is not a regular thing for me, this is the first time this has happened to me!!! I m freaking out. What does this mean???

You may be having fibroid of uterus which is present in the cavity or having some ulcer or polyp of cervix.
You need to undergo examination to see for the same and ultrasound to sefe what is causing this for surity.
Also you need to do your thyroid test.
Treatment if bleeding is heavy is tranex tablets. tds.
