General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Blister with fluid oozing does indicate bacterial or viral infection most likely. A clinical examination with necessary lab reports are mandatory for further diagnosis. It is very essential to rule out sexually transmitted infections as herpes, syphilis and gonorrhea, chlamydia etc. In case of financial problems, you have always option for free access at Govt general hospital .

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
