What Could Blisters On Vaginal Lips Suggest?

I have one or two small, white blister like things on the top edge of my right vaginal lip, where it hangs down at the top. Sometimes when my underwear have a lot of moisture from sweat or such, they bother me. I m aware of them. But doesn t burn. Just kind of hurts, almost like a cut would feel. What could it be?
