What Could Blood Clots During Menses With Diarrhea Indicate?

Hi I am currently going through what I suspect is my period (irregular). However I am not getting any kind of flow just lots of blood clots, severe cramps that come in waves (a bit like contractions) and constant diarrhoea. I this something I should worry about? I have been suffering with this for about 8 days so far.
