What Could Blood Shot,watery And Irritating Eye Coating Be In A 36 Years Male With Gray Vision?

I am a 36 year old male and all of a sudden had coating come over one of my eyes. It got blood shot, watery and just over all irritating. I can barely see out of it, what I do see is very gray. Just curious on what it might be. looking for answers. Please help me figure this problem out. Thank You

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having sudden onset of redness with decrease in vision and associated with irritation of the eyes.
This is painful diminution of vision and the common problems are acute inflammations like acute iridocyclitis, corneal ulcer, corneal edema...

Hence this requires evaluation by eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
