What Could Bloody Stools Post, Motrin Intake Suggest?

I went to the ER the other night because it was very painful to breathe and they said I had inflamation of chest cavity. They prescribed me motrin and yesterday I woke up with bloof in my stool along with today only a lot more and it looks like skin peice are in my stool also. What should I do or what is it?
