What Could Blurry Vision With Dizziness And Nose Bleeds Mean?

For the past couple of weeks i have been getting sudden blurred visions and dizziness which have led to nose bleeds. Also i have been getting abdominal pains on the left side of my body which also make me feel dizzy and sick. I was wondering, what's been causing this?
