What Could Breast Pain, With A History Of Anxiety Issues Suggest?

Yesterday, I came home and had this pain under both breasts but above ribs, I took a Prilosec and the pain went away on left side, but I still have pain on right side. Took another Prilosec but that didn't help this time. It feels like I pulled a muscle, but I havent' done anything to warrant that. What could it be? Also will mention that I have been having anxiety issues since May, but I'm not anxious now and haven't been really anxious lately
