Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
spotting after progynova intake can be due implantation bleeding or hormonal disturbances.
I will suggest you to take the medicine as and when prescribed and consult your treating doctor if the bleeding is heavy or painful.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
