What Could Bumps On Anus With Severe Constipation Indicate?

Hi. Im a 18 years old girl and ny mum wont take me seriously about my worries.. I have four bumps on my anus forming a sort of flower pattern. They are a bit bigger than a pea and a bit red (and it itches for 2-3 days). Im constipated and sometimes have trouble going to the toilet. Turning as a last resort to putting water in my anus to flush it out when drinking water and taking lassative don t work..(usually after a week that I havent been to the bathroom) Im getting worried about the four lumps since today I had some bleeding. (I have a cut aswell that wont heal since going to the toilet opens the cut up again..) She wont take me to the doctors and Im starting to panic.. YYYY@YYYY

Hi

Your symptoms are suggestive of hemorrhoids and anal fissure. Hemorrhoids can present as swelling near anal region and cause pain or bleeding during and after passing feces. Anovate or xylocaine gel can be applied around anus to reduce pain

Food that soften the stool such as milk,prunes,beans and legumes can be taken regularly.Adequate hydration is required.

Sitz bath or immersing in warm water below waist reduces discomfort.In case of persisting symptoms,visiting your physician is essential.
