What Could Bumps On Pubic Region Indicate?

Uhm hello. Im only 13 years old.And this has happened before. I shave my pubic hair. I have this bump its painless unlessed touched. Its on the outside of my labia majora like about a centimeter away from my leg crease. Its fleashy with a dryed skin looking top. Its pussless. And i only have one. I have never been to a vagina doctor. Can u tell me what it is? And should i tell my mother or be worried?

as per your history, you may have sebaceous cyst or boil.
-- sebaceous cysts are generally painless, but if they cause discomfort, they needs to be excised by a surgeon.
-- boil is generally painful and filled with pus.
- it is treated with a course of oral and topical antibiotics after consulting a dermatologist.
consult a dermatologist nearby for proper diagnosis.
